Biography

Artem was born in 1975 in the city of Ufa.

In 1996 he graduated from the Ufa Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2008, he studied at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

In 2008 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences.

In 2008, he completed the MBA program at the MIRBIS Moscow International Higher School of Business.

Since 1996, he worked in positions in organizations, enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.

From 2010 to 2012, Artem Yuryevich worked as deputy director of the department of regulation of the agri-food market and infrastructure development of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

In 2013, he became Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs of PJSC Gazprom Automation.

From June 2013 to September 30, 2019 he was the director of Investgazavtomatics, a subsidiary of Gazprom Automation.

Since October 01, 2019 - Director of GA Engineering, a subsidiary of Gazprom Automation.

2021: Acting General Director of Gazprom Automation

Since April 2021, Artem Krestyaninov, who previously held the post of deputy general director for commercial issues, has been listed as acting general director. This follows from the company's messages on the disclosure site.

Gazprom Automation at the time of publication could not comment on this appointment.

In 2020, Gazprom Automation changed its ownership. In October, the control in the company was terminated by businessman Avsholum Yunaev, who owned 65.57% of the voting shares through organizations controlled by him. The shares of these organizations were transferred to three new shareholders, one of which is Gazstroyprom, the construction giant of Gazprom and Gazprombank. More details here.

In December 2019, Dmitry Zhuravlev became the first deputy general director of Gazstroyprom[1]November 2020 he zeroed out a stake in Gazprom Automation, where he had 20.08% of voting shares[2]
