Education

In 2002 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Commercial Institute (now Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky) with a degree in Commerce, in 2020 he passed the program "CRO School" in the field of risk management at the non-financial organization of Sberbank Corporate University and professional retraining "Workshop" of the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo."

Career

2024: Appointment as General Director of Krasnaya Polyana Resort

On June 28, 2024, Pavel Perov took office as general director of the Krasnaya Polyana resort. He replaced Yana Perepechaeva, who announced her departure from the company at the end of April 2024. She ran the resort for two years.

Before heading Krasnaya Polyana, Perov was the first deputy general director of Mantera Group of Companies, oversaw the operational activities and effective interaction of business units included in the Mantera group of companies (Krasnaya Polyana Resort, Arkhyz Resort, Krasnaya Polyana gambling zone, Sochi Park theme park, Sochi Park Hotel, Mantera Travel tour operator, Chateau de Talue winery, Mantera Seasview residence complex, Mantera Supreme Seaside Hotel 5 *, Mantera Resort and Congress 5 *, Mantera Tribal Project, Mantera Breeding Plant
