Biography
Georgy Peschanskikh was born on March 2, 1962 in Sverdlovsk.
In 1992-1995 worked in the state security agencies.
Since 1995 - in bodies of tax police for Sverdlovsk region.
Since 2001 held a position of the deputy chief of the Main information and technology Office of the Federal Tax Police Service (FSNP), later - the acting as the chief of the head information and technology department of FSNP.
Worked in Federal Drug Control Service (FDCS) as the deputy chief of information and analytical management of Department of interdepartmental and information activities.
2017: Chief of Head department of IT of FCS
In September, 2017 Georgy Peschanskikh was appointed the chief of Head department of information technologies of the Federal Customs Service. In this position he replaced Dmitry Danilin who left department at the beginning of September.
According to the comprehensive program of development of FCS till 2020, among priorities of department in the field of IT for this period - further process automation of customs control, connected with declaration of goods and full-scale implementation of electronic document management, including between customs authorities, payers and banks at collection of customs payments. Implementation of technologies of administration of the customs duties and taxes in electronic form also belongs to the priority directions.

Is a candidate of economic and physical and mathematical sciences, the associate professor, professor of Academy of security concerns, defense and law and order and also the author of numerous scientific works.
