Was born in 1958 in Switzerland
Education
1982: Graduated from faculty of business administration of the University of Applied sciences in Zurich, Switzerland.
Career
1982 — 2002: Worked at different financial positions in Royal Dutch Shell in Switzerland, Great Britain, Argentina, Chile and the Netherlands.
2002 — 2004: The chief financial officer and the member of executive committee to poinformatsionny technologies, oil, gas and petrochemical products (in sectors of exploration and production, processing, transportation and sbytuproduktion) the Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) groups in Switzerland.
2004 — 2006: Returned to Shell and it was appointed the chief financial executive and the member of the committee of chief executives of concern.
2004 — 2009: It is appointed the Chief financial executive and the member of the committee of chief executives of Swiss Federal Auditor Oversight Authority concern (Federal agency of Switzerland on control of auditor activity).
2005 — 2010: From April, 2005 to April, 2010 was the board member of Royal Dutch Shell.
2006 — 2010: From 2006 to December, 2010 was a member of the Federal agency of Switzerland on control of auditor activity.
2009 — 2013: Chief executive officer of Royal Dutch Shell.
In 2011 it is appointed the board member of Roche Holdings Limited, Switzerland; Board member of IBM Corporation, U.S.; Board member of Temasek Holdings (Private) of Limited, Singapore Chairman of the board of directors of Catalyst, U.S. Other organizations: Member of Business council, U.S.; Chairman of the board of fund of the international training of the name St. Gallen.[1]
On March 1, 2020 Peter Voser will return to execution of the duties only as the chairman of the board of directors of ABB company.
