Biography

Education

2000 - ended a magistracy of law department of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). In the same place got second higher education in National economy in 2009.

Career

• In 2000 began the labor activity in GU of the Bank of Russia, dealt with legal issues of banking regulation.
• 2002 - the senior legal adviser of department of credit and share operations of Legal support division of banking activity of Mezhprombank. In two years passed into All-Russia Institute of Light Alloys, one of the leading Russian enterprises specializing in release of the knowledge-intensive innovation products.
• 2005 - continued career in Stroyinkom-K LLC where dealt with issues of development of construction business.
• 2008 - the CEO of JSC Telekominvest, experts connected this appointment with disbandment of the company. At that time Telekominvest the First National Holding (FNH) company in which Pogrebenko was the managing director was a majority shareholder.

Work in DGI of Moscow

• 2011 – the beginning of work in the Government of Moscow in Department of property of Moscow to a position of the head of department who was responsible for financial assets and the corporate relations. A year later Pogrebenko was appointed by the acting deputy head of the same structure.
• 2013 - after reorganization and renaming into Department of city property of Pogrebenko Vladimir appointed^[3] Questions of privatization and optimization of assets of the city, in particular consolidation of power networks fell within the scope of its activity. With active participation of Pogrebenko Vladimir the deal on sale to the Moscow United Energy Company (JSC MOEK) almost for 100 billion rubles was closed. Also transactions on exchange of JSC Hotel Company for stocks of Energokompleks open joint stock company (then the VTB Bank owned structure), and to the subsequent consolidation of the last with city JSC OEK. The aspiration to receive a closed ring of utility substations that allowed to pursue distinct policy on tariff regulation was the purpose of merge. During this period entered into Board of Directors of OEKA.

VDNH

• 2014 - it is confirmed to the post of the CEO of JSC GAO VVTs, after returned the historical name. Appointment it was connected with reorganization of exhibition assets of the city. Pogrebenko organized and ^[4] waged a large-scale campaign for improvement of the territory of VDNH^[5]. Only for one season the number of visitors of the center considerably increased, in particular on days off not less than to 500 thousand that in 12.5 times more, than before renovation^[6] By the end of 2014 at VDNH the world's largest skating rink of 20.5 thousand sq.m. opened. At the beginning of August, 2015 Moskvarium which soon enough became one of popular places at Muscovites and guests of the capital earned.

Mosenergo

• In March, 2017 the Board of Directors of Mosenergo approved the list from 19 candidates in the new structure of council, said in the press release of the company. In total in council 13 people should be elected. Vladimir Pogrebenko among independent directors^[7].

Vladimir Pogrebenko is included into [1] the Association of Independent Directors (AID).
