Vitaly Polekhin, president of NABA: "The market of sowing investments – one of the most important elements of an entrepreneurial ecosystem to which also the startups in the field of technology innovations, and just small business stimulating growth of economy, creating jobs belong. NABA integrates participants of this market – the organizations of private investors and angel investors, funds of sowing and early investments. Among tasks which face me as the new president of NABA, it is possible to select:

• increase in the interoperability layer of participants for the purpose of mutual enrichment by experience, knowledge, a flow of projects for investments;
• involvement of new participants in Association for the purpose of further development and consolidation of the market of sowing and early investments;
• establishment of professional industry standards of the market and training of participants of the organizations for the purpose of simplification of conducting organization activity;
• representation of interests of participants concerning organization activity among partners, public authorities, international associations and investment funds".
