Olga Ponomareva was born on November 24, 1979 in Pervomaisk. Regular officer, senior lieutenant.

• In 2002 graduated with honors from Military academy of the Strategic Missile Troops of Peter the Great on specialization "The software of automated control systems".
• In 2010 with honors graduated from the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic institute on specialization "Commercial marketing".
• From 2002 to 2004 served in armed forces at officer positions.
• From 2004 to 2008 worked in JSC Moscow Telecommunications Corporation (COMCOR / Akado-Telecom) in department of marketing.
• From 2008 to 2010 worked in Synterra Ltd where passed a way from the leading specialist of group of strategic marketing to the head of group of marketing of international markets.
• Since 2010 - the head of service of marketing in Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd (INOVENTICA Group).
• From May, 2011 to January, 2012 – the Board member of Garant-Park-Internet LLC.
• In January, 2012 it is transferred to a position of the Deputy CEO of Garant-Park-Internet LLC (the Inoventica Group (Communications for innovations)).
• On August 24, 2012 at an extraordinary general meeting of participants of Garant-Park-Internet LLC the decision on Olga Ponomareva's appointment to a position of the CEO of society was made. Plan this assignment also is a part of strategy for further development of the company. The decision is made by participants of society unanimously.
• In September, 2012 it is appointed the CEO of Garant-Park-Internet LLC.
• At the end of February, 2016 left Inoventica group.
