Popov Alexander Borisovich is the former director of the department of project management in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Was born on May 29, 1965 in Semikarakorsk of the Rostov region.

From 1982 to 1997 served in Armed Forces. In 1987 graduated from the Highest naval school of Frunze in Leningrad, in 1995 - Academy of the Soviet Army in Moscow. Knows English.

In 1997 for 2007 held the leading posts in the commercial organizations.

From November, 2007 to January, 2009 held a post of the associate director of the technical center Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange Ltd.

From January, 2009 to October, 2010 worked as the vice president of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange Ltd.

Since March 17, 2011 - the director of the department of project management (it is abolished in December, 2012) the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.

Family

He is married, brings up the son and the daughter.
