Biography

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise.

In 1995-2016 was an employee of Svyaznoy, where he went through a career path from a retailer to a procurement director.

From 2017 to 2021, he served as director of procurement of subscriber equipment at Beeline, then developed projects in the field of retail services for two years.

2024: Director of Procurement broadband access Merlion

Nikolay Pulich was appointed Director of the broadband access Procurement Department (wide-profile distribution) of the Merlion Group of Companies.
