2020: Chief executive of NetByNet

On April 24, 2020 it was announced departure of the CEO of NetByNet Andrey Batanov after 10 years of work in the company. Its place was taken by Kirill Puzyrev. Batanov announced the resignation on own page on Facebook.

Reasons for leaving of Andrey Batanov are not stated. MegaFon (it includes NetByNet) only noted that Batanov left the company for development of own projects.

Andrey Batanov noted that NetByNet since 2010 worked, and listed achievements of the company during this time, such as creation of the Wifire brand, start of complex service ShPD+TV, start of OTT, MVNO project, transactions on purchase of assets, opening of the regional centers in the cities of Russia, receiving awards and awards of different levels.

Besides, Andrey Batanov thanked people with whom he worked these years, including the commercial director of MegaFon company Vlad Wolfson  and the CEO of MegaFon company  Gevorga Vermishyan.

Only combining efforts, examination and knowledge of each of you, and giving "feeling of comradeship", we achieved good results and recognition — he reported.

Under the leadership of Batanov the company passed a big way, having turned from the small player into Internet service provider of federal level thanks to purchases of assets in regions and further their consolidations.

By the end of April, 2020 NetByNet  works more than in 80 cities in Russia and has more than 1 million subscribers.[1]
