Biography

Mikhail Rayskin was born in 1973 in Moscow.

Graduated from radio engineering faculty of Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications and also has the diploma about the termination of the program of training of top managers of Duke Corporate Education and Babson Executive Education.

After service in the ranks of Military space forces of the Russian Federation Rayskin came to Siemens the technical specialist and for several years became the head of sales department.

In 2007-2009 took a position of the commercial director in Sitronics Telecom Solutions.

In 2010-2012 was the director of business development in Acision company.

In 2012-2013 worked as the sales director in the Russian division of NEC.

In 2013 Rayskin passed to work into Nokia Russia where held a position of the Head of Department on work with key clients.

In August, 2016 Nokia announced Mikhail Rayskin's appointment the CEO of the company in Russia. In this position he is responsible for management of a company performance in Russia and performs customer interaction, partners and state bodies. Being the CEO, Rayskin will continue to execute obligations of the Head of Department for work with key clients of Nokia in Russia.

According to USRLE base, at the time of the declaration of appointment Mikhail Rayskin is registered also as the CEO of Alcatel-Lucent Ltd. In 2015 Nokia announced purchase of Alcatel-Lucent. Nokia explained TAdviser that as of the middle of 2016 their company approaches owning 100% of stocks of Alcatel-Lucent, but this digit is not reached yet. So far the companies operationally work as the uniform company in spite of the fact that in the majority of the countries, as well as in Russia, there are 2 legal persons.
