Alexander Fedorovich Kvitko was born on June 9, 1955 in Moscow. In 1977 graduated from the Moscow electrotechnical institute of communication majoring in "The engineer of telecommunication". In 1977-1989 worked at the Miussky telephone exchange. Then came to software of MGTS to a position of the shop manager. In 1991 it was appointed the technical director of ASVT small enterprise. In 2000 became the director of regional communication networks of Global Odin Network Ltd (since 2003 - Orange Business Services LLC). Since 2005 - the chief executive of Express Telecom, since April, 2007 - the CEO, the board member of the company. Since April, 2011 - the chairman of the board of directors of Express Telecom.
