Was born on May 9, 1975 in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region.

In 1998 graduated from the Ural state technical university, year of termination 1998, qualification: "Economist"; specialty: "Information systems in economy".

In July, 2001 underwent short-term advanced training on a subject: "The economic analysis and monitoring of the enterprises in to the system of the Bank of Russia" - the Omsk banking school (college) of the Bank of Russia (since 2017 - the RANEPA Omsk branch).

In 2001 defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences at the Ural state technical university on a subject: "The mechanism of assessment and forecasting of a status of the real sector of economy, on the example of the industry of Sverdlovsk region".
