Biography
Mikhail Rodionov got an education in MEPhI in 2007, is trained MBA at the Warwick university (Great Britain).
2005-2010: The engineer in Croc
From 2005 to 2010 worked as the lead system engineer in CROC company.
2010: Sales director of Extreme Networks
In 2010 passed to work into Extreme Networks as the sales director where worked for 2013.
Since 2013 works in Arbor Networks as the sales manager.
2015: Chief representative of Fortinet
In September, 2015 Fortinet, the supplier of high-performance solutions on cyber security, announced Mikhail Rodionov's appointment to the chief representative's position in Russia and Kazakhstan. Mikhail's role - to support and expand presence of Fortinet company in these markets, delivering high-quality solutions on IT of security.
At this time the Russian market has the high potential of growth due to considerable demand for solutions on IT of security. In 2014 the Fortinet company managed to complete successfully certification firewalls FortiGate on compliance to requirements of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC). It allowed to supply the equipment, to both government institutions, and corporate customers. Despite a difficult economic situation, Fortinet continues to develop in Russia, the local office extends, the company invests in marketing activities, in holding joint actions with partners and customers.
In Fortinet company Mikhail is responsible for active business in Russia, Kazakhstan and also other countries of Central Asia (Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan), formation of a partner network, development of examination of solutions, management of regional representative office. One of main objectives of the new chief representative – to bring Fortinet to the leading positions in the markets of Russia and Kazakhstan.
