Arrest

In October, 2019 the presidium of Moscow City Court as the cassation cancelled a sentence to Romadanov, having remanded case for a new trial^[1] to Zamoskvoretsky Court^[1].

In May, 2018 Zamoskvoretsky Court sentenced Romadanov to seven years of maximum security penal colony with a penalty of 170 million rubles.

On September 20, 2015 Basmanny Court of Moscow issued the sanction for arrest of Konstantin Romadanov accused of fraud and participation in criminal grouping. On the same day the Governor of the Komi Republic Vyacheslav Gayzer was arrested.

On September 19, 2014 by the order of the Governor of the Komi Republic it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Komi Republic.

On February 17, 2010 by the order of the Governor of the Komi Republic it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Governor of the Komi Republic.
