2012-2019: Work in Sberbank
Since 2012 held a position of the chief architect and head of the system development "CRM Korporativny" in Sberbank-Technologii company where under his management process of monitoring of problem debt, credit process was built, integration with PegaBPM, SAS and SAP LM is performed.
After start of Agile-transformation of Sberbank in 2016 Sergey Romakhin passed into Sberbank where as the chief architect of the Digital Platform division transformed function and processes of corporate architecture according to Agile-model. In this division Sergey headed development of architecture of a single frontal system, cross-channel campaigns of sales, mobile bank, the messenger, chat-bots, NLP platforms, service of authentication and identification and other projects.
2019: Transition to Sberbank
On July 8, 2019 in Raiffeisenbank announced what Sergey Romakhin occupied on a position of the chief IT architect. He is under direct supervision of the head of directorate of information technologies Nikita Shvetsov.
