Biography

Born January 29, 1992 in Chelyabinsk.

In 2014, he graduated from South Ural State University with a degree in Information Protection Organization and Technology.

Yevgeny Rublev was appointed Director General of the Center for the Development of Digital Technologies of the Chelyabinsk Region. This was announced on May 14, 2021 by the Ministry of Information Technology of the region.

The order to appoint Yevgeny Rublev to the post of head of the institution subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development of the Chelyabinsk Region was signed by Igor Fetisov, Minister of Information Technology, Communications and Digital Development of the Chelyabinsk Region. Dmitry Kozlenkov, who previously holds the post of head of the institution, will head the Chelyabinsk IT park.

The Center faces a number of tasks for the development of the IT industry in the Chelyabinsk region: from training personnel for the digital economy to supporting startups and existing regional IT companies. We expect that under the leadership of Yevgeny Rublev, cooperation with the federal and regional IT community will be expanded, digital projects will be launched that make people's lives more comfortable.
