Biography

In 1998 he graduated from the State Academy of Management. It is certified IBM Certified Developer - Cognos 8 Controller.

For 5 years he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Oil and Gas Industry Audit Department), with such key clients as RAO UES Russia, OJSC, etc Gazprom.

For several years he held key financial and management positions in Russian and Western production companies (Vimetco Group, TNK lubricants).

Since 2006, a partner of ADE Professional Solutions.

Experience and skills

He has significant experience in conducting projects on financial expertise (due diligence) of companies during acquisitions, both in Russia and abroad.

He has experience in supporting companies in preparing IFRS statements, including as part of the IPO process, and supporting the audit of these statements by the Big Four companies.

He has significant experience in project management in various fields: production, automation, installation of internal control systems and corporate governance in companies with foreign capital participation.

He has experience in such industries as electricity, oil and gas production and processing, oil production, forest processing, and the agro-industrial sector.
