Education:

• In 2003 she graduated from South Ural State University, Instrument Engineering Faculty with a degree in Software Engineer.
• In 2013, she completed the Presidential program for retraining management personnel in the specialty "Strategic Management."
• Since 2014, holder of the international certificate in project management AFW Academy of Economics and Management (Germany).
• In 2016, she completed advanced training courses in the specialty: "Director for Organizational Development. Optimizing Business Processes in Crisis. " Moscow School of Business.

Experience:

• More than 15 years in information technology, from a regular software engineer to an IT Director.
• Current member of the Ural-CIO club, author of IT management cases and business games, participant in round tables.
• From 2003 to 2006, she held the position of software engineer in the company - CDMA cellular operator, where she successfully automated the operation of the service center and was one of the key participants in the project for the implementation of the billing system.
• From 2006 to 2013, she led various IT areas in the wholesale and retail company of household appliances LLC Rembyttehnika. During her work, she successfully implemented projects to build management reporting on the Cognos BI platform, led projects to build IT infrastructure for retail outlets; implemented a number of projects on centralized management of pricing, the needs of the outlet, logistics processes, document management, etc.
• From 2013 to 2016, she served as Director of IT at the wholesale and retail company of pharmaceuticals JSC "Regional Pharmacy Warehouse." During the work, she formed an IT strategy, carried out organizational changes of the department, successfully implemented a number of projects for the introduction of external and internal electronic document management, personal data protection, and optimized IT costs.
• From 2016 to 2019, he heads the IT department at ASNA LLC, where he is engaged in the organization and development of the IT direction, is responsible for the efficiency of the IT infrastructure as a whole, initiates and is a participant in projects for automating internal business processes, is responsible for innovations in the automation of the collection, storage and processing of large amounts of data (Big Data), develops analytical reporting systems.
