Biography

Vladimir was born on April 12, 1970 in Moscow.

Studied at school No. 711.

In 1993 got an education at the Moscow pedagogical state university as "a teacher of history and social science".

Doctor of historical sciences.

Candidate of political sciences.

From 1989 to 1990 underwent active duty in AF of the USSR. Served as the correspondent of the newspaper of the headquarters of the Transcaucasian military district.

From 1990 to 1991 worked in Novosti Press Agency.

From 1991 to 1997 was a correspondent, the deputy chief editor of the Evening Moscow newspaper.

Since 1992 worked in Infopress company.

1993: CEO Ella

In 1993 became the CEO of the Ella PR-agency.

Since 1995 worked as the president of charitable foundation of protection of journalists "A dangerous zone".

Took part in Boris Berezovsky, A. Lebed and N.A. Nazarbayev, Roman Abramovich's PR-companies.

1996: CEO of "PR Center"

In 1996 organized and became the CEO of the PR Center agency.

From 1997 to 1998 worked as the Chief Editor of the Sreda newspaper.

From 1998 to 2003 worked as the head of the public relations department of JSC Siberian Oil Company (JSC Sibneft).

In 2003 it is appointed the vice president for communications with the Russian mass media and the public of JSC TNK-BP Management.

From 2009 to 2010 worked at a position of the vice president for public relations of JSC TNK-BP Management.

In 2010 it is appointed the director of external communications of JSC MMK.

From 2011 to 2014 worked at a position of the vice president for external communications of MMK Management Company LLC.

In 2014 it is appointed the deputy CEO for external communications of JSC MMK.

2016: CEO of Magstorn

In 2016 began to work the director of Magstorn LLC part-time.

For April 23, 2018 Vladimir Eduardovich Ruga works at a position of the deputy CEO for external communications of PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.

Achievements

In 1994 it is recognized by the Russian Biographic institute "The person of 1994" in the Political Science and Journalism nomination for development and holding original election campaigns.
