Biography
Vladimir was born on April 12, 1970 in Moscow.
Studied at school No. 711.
In 1993 got an education at the Moscow pedagogical state university as "a teacher of history and social science".
Doctor of historical sciences.
Candidate of political sciences.
From 1989 to 1990 underwent active duty in AF of the USSR. Served as the correspondent of the newspaper of the headquarters of the Transcaucasian military district.
From 1990 to 1991 worked in Novosti Press Agency.
From 1991 to 1997 was a correspondent, the deputy chief editor of the Evening Moscow newspaper.
Since 1992 worked in Infopress company.
1993: CEO Ella
In 1993 became the CEO of the Ella PR-agency.
Since 1995 worked as the president of charitable foundation of protection of journalists "A dangerous zone".
Took part in Boris Berezovsky, A. Lebed and N.A. Nazarbayev, Roman Abramovich's PR-companies.
