Biography
Margarita was born on December 2, 1972 in the city of Moscow.
In 1997 she graduated from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
From 1999 to 2001 she studied at the graduate school of the Moscow City Pedagogical University.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor.
From 1998 to 1999, she worked as a speech therapist at speech therapy center No. 23 at secondary schools in the Southern District of Moscow.
From 2001 to 2006, she worked as a senior lecturer, assistant professor of speech therapy at the Faculty of Special Pedagogy and Special Psychology at SEI Moscow Pedagogical State University.
In 2006, she became director of the Research Institute of Moscow Education of the Moscow City Pedagogical University.
From 2006 to 2011, she worked as vice-rector for innovative activities of the SEI HPE of the city of Moscow "Moscow City Pedagogical University."
From 2011 to 2012, she acted as head of the Department of Integrated Analysis and Strategic Development of the Education System of the Moscow Department of Education.
From 2012 to 2013, she worked as deputy head of the Moscow Department of Education.
