According to Sabynin, "in connection with the departure of the immediate supervisor, [he] decided to develop as a professional elsewhere." Sabynin also noted that Renaissance Bank has undergone significant changes in its senior management. Together with Hondru, some top managers left the bank: these are financial director Iya Malakhova and HR director Elena Titova. After Sabynin's dismissal, Chief information officer of Renaissance Bank Alexander Shestakov will perform his duties.

It is also said that Hondru decided to "pause her professional activities and devote more time to family and personal projects." She gave the bank 20 years, at different times leading key business areas, including finance, risk, corporate strategy and retail. In October 2021, Tatyana was appointed chairman of the board of the credit institution. Sergei Korolyov will perform her duties after leaving.[1]
