Igor Sagiryan is the managing director, the chief of the department of investment banking activities and management for work with private clients Troika Dialog. Came to Troika Dialog in July, 2009.

Since October, 2009 is the chief of the department on work with private clients, is responsible for development of the new directions of business of Troika Dialog, development of strategy of work with institutional and private clients of the company. In January, 2011 Igor Sagiryan started fulfillment of duties as the chief of the department of investment banking activity. The circle of its powers includes the formation of the strategy of development for the direction of investment banking business of the company, questions concerning, in particular, attraction of financing in the markets of the capital and debt stock, the organization and carrying out transactions M&A, structuring transactions, the investment consulting.

Career

Before arrival to Troika Dialog Mr. Sagiryan for several years held a position of the president of Renaissance Group and was responsible for business development of group, including for key commercial communications, relationship with the state, investment banking and financial services of the company.

In 1989 Mr. Sagiryan became the cofounder and the managing director of Bain-link, leading consulting company in Russia where worked till 1999. Igor Sagiryan's experience includes creation of businesses in the different countries and spheres of economy, projects on privatization and restructuring of the company and also maintaining large-scale transactions with participation of the Russian and foreign investors. From 1987 to 1989 Mr. Sagiryan worked as the consultant of international department of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR, and earlier headed department of Committee of the youth organizations of the USSR.
