December 25, 1989 graduated from the graduate school of the Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology named after M.V. Lomonosov, awarded a degree - candidate of chemical sciences.

2008: Chairman of the Management Board of Himeximbank

From 16.10.2008 to 15.01.2013 - Chairman of the Management Board of CB Himeximbank LLC (since 2014 - Asia Bank LLC, license revoked in 2017).

2015: Chairman of the Management Board of FFIN Bank

Since 25.03.2015 - Chairman of the Management Board of FFIN Bank LLC (date of extension of powers for a new term of 21.03.2018).

2025: Appointment as Head of Lazarus Finance Settlement NPO

Former chairman of the board of Zyfra bank and Finstar Bank Gennady Salych headed the new settlement non-bank credit organization (RNKO) Lazarus Finance. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in July 2025. RNKO was registered on July 15, 2025, the authorized capital - 105 million rubles, the owner of the company is Anton Kritsky. RNKO has not yet received a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.^[1]
