2018

In 2018, Ruslan Sarkisov headed the then created Far Eastern High Technology Fund (DFVT). Under the leadership of Sarkisov, DFVT invested in Russian venture projects and their localization in the Far East. At the expense of the fund in Vladivostok, a robotic cluster was formed, where human-like robots are created and the first operations in Russia to "sense" robotic prostheses of the hands are carried out.

2021: Appointment of Interros Venture Fund Head

On December 10, 2021, it was announced the appointment of Ruslan Sarkisov as general director of the Interros venture fund Voskhod, created a month earlier.

According to the press service of Interros, under the leadership of Sarkisov, Voskhod will search for promising investment projects and startups in the field of high technology. The company expects that with the assistance of the fund, Russian innovative companies should appear that are competitive in the world market. Within 5 years, Interros plans to invest 10 billion rubles in the capital of the fund for these purposes.

According to Interros CEO Sergei Batekhin, the venture fund is designed to give a new impetus to the influx of private investments in high-tech projects, will close the niche of support for startups at an early stage and will give them the opportunity to use the experience and technologies accumulated by Interros over more than 30 years of successful investments in various areas of the Russian economy.

Before becoming the general director of Voskhod, Ruslan Sarkisov headed the Far Eastern High Technology Fund (DFVT). In the near future, Sarkisov will be engaged in the formation of a fund team and will propose the first projects for investment, Interros reported on December 10, 2021.
