The Far Eastern High Technology Fund (DFVT) was created in 2018 on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Deputy Prime Minister - Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev with the aim of developing high-tech business in the Far East. The fund's volume is 5 billion rubles, investors are the Far East and Arctic Development Fund, RUSNANO and RVC.

The fund invests in promising high-tech projects and localization projects in the Far East.

History

2024: Withdrawal from the founders of Visitek and Hyperion

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, from May 24, 2024, the Far Eastern Fund of High Technologies Management Company resigned from the founders of Visitek LLC and Hyperion LLC (both companies belong to SL Soft LLC ). Read more here.

2021

Investing in the Digital Primorye project

On April 28, 2021, it became known that the Far Eastern High-Tech Fund (DFVT, investors - Rusnano, VEB.DV and RVC) will invest up to 2 billion rubles in Smart City projects in the Far East. We are talking about the Digital Primorye project, the implementation of which is carried out by the company of the same name with the support of the government of the Primorsky Territory and the administration of the cities of Vladivostok, Artem, Nakhodka, Ussuriysk. Investment in the developer of prosthetic hands "Motor"

On January 19, 2021, it became known that Motorika had attracted investments in the amount of 300 million rubles. The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the Far Eastern High Technology Fund (DFVT) have invested in the Russian manufacturer of prosthetic arms and rehabilitation systems. Read more here.

2020: Investing 200 million rubles in Promobot

On April 10, 2020, Promobot announced the attraction of 200 million rubles from the Far Eastern High Technology Fund. As a result of the transaction, the management and co-founders of the company retained a controlling stake in the robot manufacturer. What share the fund received in exchange for non-investments is not indicated. Read more here.

The investment portfolio also includes Far Eastern companies - Visitek LLC and Hotlid LLC, manufacturer of portable mini-projectors Multicubic (Cinemood), manufacturer of supercapacitor and hybrid drives for transport and energy - Titan Power Solutions.

2019

Titan Power Solution Investment

On December 25, 2019, Titan Power Solution announced the attraction of $200 million in investments from the Far Eastern High Technology Fund, the Digital Evolution Ventures fund (managed by Orbita Capital Partners, the main investor is Rosatom) and its current shareholder of the I2BF Fund.
