Sarsenov Saken Seytzhapparovich

Sarsenov Saken Seytzhapparovich is a vice-chairman in communication Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and information (ASYA RK).

Biography

Was born in 1977.

The Moscow state aviation institute, the engineer graduated from "Automated information processing systems and managements" majoring in.

In the years of work in Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dealt with issues of control of use of a radio frequency spectrum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Worked as the head of department of the organization of data protection of RGP "Center of Informatization of Financial Systems" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2003 it is appointed to the position of the Vice chairman of the board of JSC Natsionalnye informatsionnye tekhnologii where dealt with project implementation issues within state programs on development of national information infrastructure and infrastructure of "the electronic government" and also maintenance of interdepartmental information systems.

From April, 2008 to October, 2009 working as the Managing director for electronic services of JSC azatelekom, dealt with issues of development of new business projects, creation of new interactive and transaction services in Kazneta and also questions of project implementation of electronic education in RK and creation of network based on technology of mobile WiMAX.

From October, 2009 to March 30, 2010 worked as the vice-chairman of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From March, 2010 to January, 2012 held a position of the Vice-Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Government decree No. 180 of February 1, 2012 it is appointed the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Askara command of Zhumagaliyev

In April, 2014 it is appointed the vice-chairman of Communication agency and information (ASI) in the Askara command of Zhumagaliyev.

2020: Appointment as the head of Kazpost of the Rope of Alpysbayev

At the end of July, 2020 the Rope Alpysbayev headed Kazpost. Saken Sarsenov was the former chairman of the board of national mail operator of Kazakhstan. It passed to other work (where exactly, it is not specified). Read more here.
