Biography

Konstantin Savchuk was born on November 27, 1977 in Moscow.

In 2000 graduated from physical faculty MSU. Master of natural sciences. Same year completed training at the Higher computer school, faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics.

In 1998-2005 held executive positions in divisions of IT, marketing and customer service in Golden Telecom companies, to Teleross and Owls the Teleport.

From 2005 to 2006 — the director of special projects in Golden Telecom.

From 2006 to 2008 — the director M&A, Golden Telecom.

In 2008-2009 — the director M&A, Beeline.

Since 2009 - the CEO, the partner and the co-founder of Constanta company. As of 2020 the company successfully implemented more than 200 projects of management consulting for telecom operators of Russia and the CIS, including product and technology strategy, projects on reengineering of processes and increase in operational efficiency of operators of Big Four and other companies.
