Biography

Was born in Moscow.

Education

In 1991 graduated from the Kiev highest military aviation engineering college majoring in software of automated control systems.

Career

In 1993 began to work in the All-Russian fund of culture of TPO as the commercial director.

From 1993 to 1995 – KIB "Alfa-Bank", the operator of department of international settlements, the deputy head of the billing department and correspondence relations, the acting head of department of correspondence relations.

From 1995 to 1998 worked in positions: the deputy head of department on work with bank of the CIS and the Baltic, the deputy head of department of the regional relations, the deputy head of department of regional development; OJSC United Export-import Bank, JSC United Export-import Bank - ONEXIM BANK.

From 1998 to 2000 worked as the chief of regional department – the deputy head of department of development of banking network of Department of child network, the acting head of department of development of banking network, the head of department on work with subsidiary banks of Department of child network, the head of department on work with regional banks of Department of child network; Ltd JSB Rosbank, JSB Rosbank.

In 2000 - the vice president in management personnel of Power Machines Management Company Ltd.

From 2001 to 2004 - the adviser of group of advisers, the sales manager (nuclear power); Energomasheksport — Power Machines Ltd, JSC Power Machines.

From 2004 to 2005 - the president of Atomstroyexport Ltd.

From 2005 to 2006 - the CEO, JSC Power Machines;

In 2006 - the board member of ZOA "HK Interros";

In 2007 - the chief representative of Kalev Venchurz Limited;

Since 2007 holds a position of the deputy CEO for a fuel and energy industry complex of JSC Norilsk Nickel MMC.

Since 2009 - the CEO of JSC Norilskgazprom;

Since 2009 - the CEO of JSC Taymyrgaz;

Since 2010 - the CEO of JSC NTEK.

For March, 2013 14 holds a post of the CEO of JSC Norilskgazprom.

Political, civic engagement

In 2012 the city of Norilsk on the uniform constituency is elected by the deputy of City Council of the municipal entity.
