Biography
Marina Vladimirovna Sechina is the first spouse of Igor Sechin. Got acquainted in St. Petersburg. When they moved to Moscow, it worked much, practically spent the night at work, tell familiar families. Everything ended with family disorder. Igor and Marina Sechin divorced.
Pair has a daughter Sechina Inga, 1982 year of birth. She is married to the son of the former Minister of Justice and the former Attorney-General Vladimir Ustinov. On July 4, 2005 at Igor Sechin the grandson[1] was born[1].

90.83% in "Consortium "Energopromfinance""
In September, 2013 Marina Sechina became the owner of 90.83% of Consortium Energopromfinance LLC. As reported the live-energo.ru Internet resource, this purchase gave to madam Sechina indirect control over 16.16% of the Arkhangelsk Sales Company (ASC) of the guaranteeing supplier of the region and the entrepreneur Yury Shulgin entering into Mezhregionsoyuzenergo holding.
The Mezhregionsoyuzenergo holding, in turn, "is a part of the consortium "Sustainable development" created and headed by Marina Sechina", Yury Shulgin in an interview of Kommersant told. It is remarkable that in July "IDGC of the Northwest" submitted to ASK four claims for the total amount of 1.2 billion rubles. In August the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the elicited fact of inappropriate use of money in ASK, and field investigators searched office. Allegedly the enterprise, being the guaranteeing electricity provider in the Arkhangelsk region, raised money from consumers, but did not pay off energy suppliers and network company "IDGC of the Northwest".
16.25% in RK-Telekom
In December, 2013 it became known that the former spouse of the head "Rosneft" Igor Sechin Marine became the co-owner of 16.25% of RK-Telekom company, the system integrator servicing security agencies and also building communication networks for "the big three" and "Rostelecom". Proceeding from market multiplicators, cost "RK-Telekoma" can be 238 million rubles.
According to SPARK-Interfax base, Marina Sechina is the owner of 16.25% of RK-Telekom LLC, corresponding change is made to the USRLE on November 7, 2013.
For March, 2012 shares in RK-Telekom LLC were distributed between the former CEO of the company Sergey Rumyantsev (33.3%), Andrey Ignatyev (33.4%) and Mikhail Kravtsov (33.3%). Now shares of each of them in "RK-Telekome" were reduced to 10.5%. In total at "RK-Telekoma" nine co-owners, and Marina Sechina has a majority share.
The representative "RK-Telekoma" Margarita Dorofeyeva in a conversation with Kommersant did not deny that Marina Sechina became the co-owner of the system integrator, however did not begin to answer questions of the transaction price. In 2011 Marina Sechina gained income about 10 million rubles that was specified in the income statement of Igor Sechin, at that time the Deputy Prime Minister. EBITDA "RK-Telekoma", according to Sergey Sulgin, makes 10% of revenue. Thus, assessment "RK-Telekoma" makes 238.26 million rubles, and the price of a share of Marina Sechina of 16.25% — 38.1 million rubles.
