"By training I am a professional military man, I was engaged in encryption systems, hidden control of troops. From my perspective, the IT industry was quite understandable for me, so it so happened that, having left the army, I continued to work with information technology. The industry is interesting for me because it has many opportunities, it allows you to develop, implement interesting projects. So that was my informed choice. The knowledge and experience that I received in the armed forces is in demand, because there are many management tasks, there is a need to create a team, very strict tracking of results, i.e. we need the practice of solving organizational issues - just what is well set in the armed forces. It is extremely important during the implementation of the project that the integrator is actively present in the activities of the customer, organizes his work, introduces a clear idea of implementation. The market is changing, tasks are changing, but it is still necessary to reach the desired result, "Sergei Kanev told CNews about himself and his work. In addition, in his opinion, it is extremely important for an IT company that is actively developing and has leadership ambitions to create a system that allows employees to constantly improve, going one step ahead of the market.
