Biography

Sergey was born on May 24, 1975 in Tambov.

In 1997 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology with a degree in Design and Technology of Electronic Computing Devices, engineer.

Since 1997, he worked as a process engineer, deputy head of the workshop, head of the workshop at NIIME and Micron OJSC.

In 2005, he worked as director of crystal production at NIIME and Micron.
