Biography

Sergey graduated from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In 1992, he began his career at Vedis, and later worked at Zerich Bank, the MENATEP group.

In 1999, Sergey Viktorovich headed the Moscow branch of OJSC Rosgosstrakh"."

In 2002, he was invited to the post of director of the Moscow branch of the RUS insurance company.

Since 2003, he worked at Metropolitan Insurance Society LLC as an executive director.

For a long time, he served as executive director of insurance at the TBIH RUS Finance Group.
