Biography

Pavel Shalyugin was born on March 21, 1975 in Moscow. In 1997 graduated from Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications majoring in "A radio communication, Broadcasting and Television".

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1997 in Teleport-TP company the departmental engineer of complex design, then the manager of directorate of development of network and project management.

In 2003 came to Rostelecom where consistently held positions from the leading specialist to the head of department of sales management to operators.

In 2014 headed department of ensuring sales of a segment of B2O, and then it was appointed the project director of the block of interoperator interaction of Rostelecom company.

2017: Appointment as the director of the department of work with telecom operators Rostelecom South

On August 7, 2017 the Rostelecom company announced Pavel Shalyugin's appointment the director of the department of work with telecom operators of macroregional branch "Yug". On a new post he will be responsible for development of interoperator cooperation and strengthening of competitive advantages of the company in B2O segment.
