Sales strategy and preparation of technological solutions for customers fall within the scope of responsibility of Vladimir.

To IXcellerate Vladimir came from I-Teco company where since September, 2011 headed Development center of infrastructure solutions – the division responsible for design, implementation and support of IT and engineering infrastructure, corporate networks and also solutions on virtualization. In addition, Vladimir was responsible for interaction with global vendors. Under the leadership of Vladimir it was executed by several hundred IT projects for corporate and state customers and also it is designed and constructed by several DPC.

Before, in 2006 - 2010 Vladimir headed the "Engineering Systems and Service" company (INSYSTEMS) entering into LANIT holding and which is engaged in design and implementation of a full range of the engineering systems and security systems in DPC, server rooms, office buildings and shopping malls.

From 1996 to 2006 Vladimir worked in three telecommunication companies: Global Odin (now Orange Business Services), Transtelecom and Rtkomm, having passed a way from the key clients manager to the First Deputy CEO on business concerns. At different stages the area of responsibility of Vladimir included sales, business development with new partners, regional policy, new product development and management of collectives.

Graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute as the engineer-physicist in "Solid state physics".
