Biography

Was born on October 28, 1954 in Ramenskoye of the Moscow region.

1978: MIPT

In 1978 graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology majoring in the engineer-physicist and a postgraduate study of this institute.

1981: Scientific Research Institute Polyus

1981 - With 1990 and 1995 - 2003 - worked at Polyus Research institute (since 2001 - Polyus Research institute of M.F. Stelmakh), as the associate, senior research associate and the chief of laboratory.

1989: Head of a number of the small innovation enterprises

1989 - 2003 - the head of a number of the small innovation enterprises. Took part in quality of the developer and chief designer in creation more than 10 laser technology complexes of different function.

2003: Ministry of Industry and Science of Russia

Since 2003 worked in the Ministry of the industry, science and technologies of the Russian Federation.

2004: Rosnauka

Since 2004 the head of department, the deputy head of department, the head of department in the Federal agency on science and innovations.

2010: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

Since 2010 - the director of the department of federal target programs and projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (in May, 2018 stopped existence in connection with separation into two departments: Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation and Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation).

Since 2011 - the director of the department of development of professional education of the Ministry science and education RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

2012: Management of the Russian President

2012 - 2016 - the department head, then the deputy head of department in management of the Russian President on scientific and educational policy.

2017: FASO Russia

2017 - 2018 - the assistant administrator of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations.

2018: Return to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

On the C of July, 2018 - the director of the department of competitive procedures and public contracts of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

On June 2, 2019 it is appointed to the position of the adviser to the Minister of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.
