Shubarev Maxims Valeryevich

Shubarev Maxim Valeryevich is the chairman of the board of directors of Setl Group holding.

For January, 2015 is also the president of SRO NP Objedineniye Stroiteley Sankt-Peterburga, the member of council of National consolidation of builders NOSTROY, the Chairman of the Committee on housing and civil engineering of NOSTROY, the member of presidium of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of SPb.

Biography

Was born on May 25, 1968 in the city of Leningrad.

Actively was engaged in fight and rowing.

In 1985 left secondary school, studied on evening department of LIAP.

In 1985 worked as the fitter of the radio equipment in NPO Leninets where there passed the way from the fitter of the radio equipment to executive positions.

From 1986 to 1989 served in the VTR of the USSR.

In 1993 graduated from the Leningrad polytechnical institute majoring in "Economy and management of scientific research and design".

In 1994 founded and headed St. Petersburg Real Estate Financial construction company. Under the leadership of M.V. Shubarev the company gained development and over time was transformed to the large developer holding Setl Group which took the leading positions in the market of construction and the real estate of the Northwest region of Russia.

In 2005 the company carried out rebranding and is transformed to the Setl Group holding company where Maxim Valeryevich works as the chairman of the board of directors of holding.

From 2005 to 2009 works as the president of "Construction and Industrial Complex of the Northwest" Association.

Since 2008 Shubarev is the president of SRO NP Objedineniye stroiteley Sankt-Peterburga (the first construction SRO in St. Petersburg).

In 2008 became the member of expert advice on development of the competition in the field of construction and the industry of construction materials at Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.

Since 2010 - the Chairman of the Committee on housing and civil engineering of NOSTROY.

For January, 2015 Maxim Valeryevich Shubarev works as the chairman of the board of directors of Setl Group.
