Biography

Was born on April 21, 1970 in Moscow.

1988: Service in AF

From 1988 to 1989 served in armed forces of the USSR.

1993: MESI

In 1993 graduated from Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics (since 1996 - Moscow State University of economy, statistics and information science) in "Economic information science and automated control systems".

VTB bank

Worked in JSC Bank VTB, coordinating activity of child structures of bank, the Russian foreign representative offices, state and private companies in Africa and Asia in the field of the international economic cooperation.

2008: Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation

From October, 2008 to March, 2009 held a position of the associate director of department of the international cooperation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

From March to June, 2009 was the director of the department of state policy and regulation in the field of technology and atomic security of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

Since June, 2009 was the adviser to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

2010: Roshydromet

On September 8, 2010 it was appointed the deputy manager of Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet).

2019: Head Roshydromet

On October 9, 2019 it is appointed the head of Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet).

Awards

It is awarded with a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the I degree (2014).
