Valery Gennadievich Sidorenko (born 12.10.1986) - Moscow entrepreneur, general director of the digital agency Interium, member of the Council of Entrepreneurs of Moscow and the Public Council under the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia, leading Russian expert on reputation marketing, founder of the Portal of Entrepreneurs Smallbusiness.ru. Married, has two children.

In 2008, Valery Sidorenko became a laureate of the Personnel Reserve - Professional Team of the Country Award, and then five times (2015. 2017... 2020) was included in the Top 1000 Russian Managers rating. Laureate of the Respect Prize for his contribution to the development of youth entrepreneurship.

The beginning of a working career

Valery Sidorenko's professional activities began in 2006 with work at the Biblio-Globe trading house, where he was still a student in organizing youth events. In the same period, he was a co-host in the Position discussion club and headed the Student Political Science Society of Russia (SPO) on the basis of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He worked as a coordinator of Internet projects of the Russian Union of Young Scientists.

Sidorenko came to his own business in the field of advertising and PR in 2008, having been the general director of the Rek-com company founded by him for three years, engaged in seo-promotion and advertising projects on the Internet. Rek-com, according to the entrepreneur himself, was largely the predecessor of the Interium agency, which was later founded - the first business made it possible to understand the structure of the Internet advertising market, develop an optimal business model, and win the first customers, despite the difficulties due to lack of experience.

2009: Business Portal Smallbusiness.ru

In 2009, Valery Sidorenko became the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Smallbusiness.ru Portal, a platform for start-up entrepreneurs that collects important financial and business materials. The peak of portal activity occurred in 2011 - 2014 years.

The goal of launching the platform was to combat the "information hunger" among entrepreneurs of that time. As Sidorenko himself recalled, small businesses spent tremendous efforts on finding even insignificant information - and on the portal you could once find everything necessary from ready-made instructions and solutions to copyright articles and news columns.

Business clubs in the capital and regions were able to connect to the work on the site, helping small businesses with finding partners and passing educational programs. Subsequently, the portal gained wide fame, acting as an information partner of forums for startups and journalists, covering profile competitions and awards.

2011: Digital Agency "Interium"

In November 2011, Valery Sidorenko became the co-founder and general director of the digital agency Interium, a provider of a full cycle of services in the field of reputation management, digital PR, the development and implementation of digital strategies, mobile and web development.

Interium allowed the businessman to implement the achievements of past years - for example, the agency developed and introduced its own IT system for managing Creatura reputation projects, a site management system based on the Symfony framework, a Foresto monitoring system, etc. Until 2019, Interium created complex chat bots on the basis of its own platform - for example, the agency released the Avtodor Group of Companies bot, a number of "bots-concierges" of developers, as well as one of the first "bots-linguists" for events called "Matresha" (was presented, in particular, at "Baltic Weekend-2016").

In 2017, Interium entered the R.I.M. group of companies. - one of the largest players in the communication market. Among the most famous public works and clients of the agency are Savushkin Product, the Russian Hockey Federation, Aqualain CJSC, and the Realme smartphone brand. Together with the parent company "R.I.M. PN "agency" Interium "successfully cooperates with Avtodor Group of Companies, RVC, Skolkovo, REC, Eurochem. The agency supported the Startup Tour, the Winter Universiade 2019, etc.

Agency projects have repeatedly received industry awards - for example, Tagline (2019, four nominations), RuPoR (2019, 2020).
