2003 - the president of Sibuglemet holding.

2006 - together with heads of the coal companies Mechel, Yuzhkuzbassugol also Raspadskaya Coal Company signed the agreement on social and economic cooperation with regional administration of the South of Kuzbass^[9].

2008 - announced plans of the company to construct own coal terminal in the Far East.

Since 2010 Skurov wages corporate war with other co-owners of Sibuglemet - Valentin Bukhtoyarov, Vladimir Melnichenko and Alexander Schukin.
