Biography

Ella was born on March 11, 1967 in the city of Tukums of the Latvian SSR.

Graduated from the I Riga children's music school on a piano class.

In 1986 graduated from musical department of the Riga normal school (1986).

In 1995 got an education at the Riga pedagogical higher school.

In 2003 ended a rate in Academy of retraining of workers of art, culture and tourism.

From 1995 to 1997 worked as the chief specialist of Management of culture of City administration Dolgoprudny of the Moscow region.

From 1997 to 2001 worked as the teacher of Bolshevyazemsky children's school of arts.

From 2001 to 2008 worked as the leading specialist, the deputy head of department of culture of City administration Dolgoprudny of the Moscow region.

In 2008 and 2009 worked as the chief specialist of department of coordination of activity of the cultural and educational organizations of the Ministry of Culture of the Moscow region.

In 2009 received a position of the director of the Moscow regional musical college of S.S. Prokofiev.

For July 13, 2016 Ella Alekseevna Smelova works as the director of the Moscow regional musical college of S.S. Prokofiev.
