Biography

Was born on September 1, 1955 in the settlement of Balezino of the Udmurt Republic.

1987: UPI of S.M. Kirov

In 1978 graduated from the Ural polytechnical institute of S.M. Kirov (since 2010 - Ural Federal University of URFU of a name of the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin), specialty "Experimental Nuclear Physics".

1978 - 2012 - there passed the way from the senior laboratory assistant to the vice rector for study of the Ural polytechnical university of S.M. Kirov.

2009: Ministry of the general and professional education of Sverdlovsk region

2009 - 2010 - The minister of the general and professional education of Sverdlovsk region (since 2019 - the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of Sverdlovsk region), the member of the government of Sverdlovsk region.

2012: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

2012 - 2018 - the director of the department of state policy in the field of the higher education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (on May 15, 2018 stopped existence in connection with separation into two departments: Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation and Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation).

In August, 2018 it is appointed the Assistant Secretary of science and the higher education.

• Breastplate "Honorary worker of higher education of the Russian Federation".
