Paul Sofianos has more than 25 years of work experience in the international industry on production of consumer goods (the last 13 years in Eastern Europe and Russia). Now he is the Chairman of the board of directors of ProLogics group, specializing in the logistics, transport transportations and outsourcing attracting the third parties to execution of works in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Before, it worked in the American-Russian Investment fund (Delta Capital Management), at a position of the Senior Vice president and Head of Direct Investments; he also participated in Boards of Directors of several leading Russian and multinational companies, including such companies as Sun-Interbrew, CTC Communications, Saint Springs Water and the Lomonosov Factory of Porcelain (here only a few from them). Before work in Fund, it worked as the Vice president and the General manager in Hortex Holdings S.A company. (Poland), the largest company on production of juice and foodstuff in Eastern and Central Europe. Hortex employed as shareholders, it was responsible for the transactions connected with restructuring and sales, development of new business and the markets and also conducted strategic planning.
In Russia, mister Sofianos held the main managerial posts in several international companies. As the CEO of Pepsi Cola company in Russia, with branch in Yekaterinburg, it gained unique experience on work in Russian regions. Mr. Sofianos and the Pepsi command was faced by a problem of service of the first western companies of production of foodstuff and drinks in Russia (out of Moscow and St. Petersburg) and providing logistics, sales and a distribution network across all Russia with production in Samara and Yekaterinburg.
Mister Sofianos also worked as the chief operating officer and the CEO Russian multinational corporations where, along with managerial work, he was engaged in a financial and legal support, the administrative reporting and control of management systems.
Mister Sofianos participated in three created companies, the most successful of which, the MISTIC brand, was sold in 1994 to group on production of TRIARC drinks more than for 100 million US dollars.
In general, mister Sofianos worked in more than 20 countries. He has diplomas in economy and political science and also doctor's degree in law, on commercial and to naval law.
