Biography

He graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics.

He was the chief financial officer of Wrigley Ukraine and held various positions in the financial function at Wrigley Russia and Wrigley GMBH (Munich).

He held senior positions at X5 Retail Group: financial director of the Perekrestok format, director of strategy implementation and director of financial planning and analysis.

He worked at Magnit, where he held a number of senior positions: director of advanced analytics and big data, director of economics and controlling, deputy financial director.

2021: Chief Financial Officer of Children's World

The Detsky Mir group on August 2, 2021 announced a change in the composition of top management. So, financial director Anna Garmanova left the company on August 1, 2021. From August 16, 2021, Andrei Spivak will become the financial director and member of the Management Board of the company.

2022: Financial Director of Lenta

On April 25, 2022, Lenta announced the appointment of Andrei Spivak to the position of financial director. Andrei took office on April 25, 2022 and will report directly to the General Director of Lenta Vladimir Sorokin. Andrey is responsible for all issues related to the Company's financial activities: investments, strategy, capital allocation, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
