Biography

Mikhail Spodobayev was born on September 28, 1973 in the city of Kuibyshev. In 1996 with honors graduated from Samara State Aerospace University of the academician Korolyov (SGAU) in Radio engineering, in 1998 - the Samara State Economic Academy (SSEA) in "Economy and management at the enterprise". In 2002 defended the dissertation on a competition of degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in "Telecommunication systems and computer networks" ("Development of methods and design tools of topology of radio-transmitting telecommunication systems by criterion of electromagnetic security").

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1995 the software engineer at the enterprises of Samara. From 1999 to 2007 to Federal State Unitary Enterprise Samara Industry Research Institute of Radio (Federal State Unitary Enterprise SONIIR) there went the way from the junior researcher to the head of large laboratory. In 2007-2011 worked as the vice rector for informatization at the Volga region state university of telecommunications and information science (PGUTI), was engaged in teaching activity. In 2011-2016 headed Federal State Unitary Enterprise NIIR"-"SONIIR branch. In 2016 it is transferred to a position of the First Deputy CEO, on January 13, 2020 it is appointed the acting as the CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NIIR.

The author more than 150 scientific publications, seven monographs (in co-authorship), a number of federal regulating documents (in co-authorship). The main works are devoted to issues of development of the theory and practice of application of modern information systems in the industry of telecommunications, in particular for solving of tasks of electromagnetic security. In 2010 "The honourable radio operator" is awarded with a departmental award.
