Career

Since 2018, he was deputy chief physician (head of the vascular center) of the Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital.

2024: Appointment as Minister of Health of Khabarovsk Krai

At the end of October 2024, Stanislav Maltsev was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory. Previously, he is the position of deputy chief physician in the Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital.

The Khabarovsk Territory has long been waiting for an effective administrator of the processes of providing high-quality medical care. Stanislav Gennadievich is an experienced administrator who also has extensive medical experience. I am convinced that he, together with his team, will be able to change the state of affairs in the healthcare of the region for the better, "said Khabarovsk Governor Dmitry Demeshin.

He named the priority tasks for the new head of the ministry: providing high-quality health services for residents of the region, increasing funding, staffing of the industry, equipping institutions with modern medical equipment.

In addition, Maltsev will have to establish work on the digitalization of the industry in the Khabarovsk Territory, including the stable possibility of remote appointment with doctors, the provision of ambulance and specialized medical care to residents of the districts. Also, the region will have to establish work on the training of doctors and the consolidation of young specialists, said Dmitry Demeshin.^[1]
