Stanislav Maltsev was born in 1969 in Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Education

In 1992 he graduated from the Kuban Medical Institute. Red Army. Doctor of Medical Sciences.

Career

2018

Since 2018, he was deputy chief physician (head of the vascular center) of the Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital.

2024: Appointment as Minister of Health of Khabarovsk Krai

At the end of October 2024, Stanislav Maltsev was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Khabarovsk Territory. Previously, he is the position of deputy chief physician in the Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital.

He named the priority tasks for the new head of the ministry: providing high-quality health services for residents of the region, increasing funding, staffing of the industry, equipping institutions with modern medical equipment.

In addition, Maltsev will have to establish work on the digitalization of the industry in the Khabarovsk Territory, including the stable possibility of remote appointment with doctors, the provision of ambulance and specialized medical care to residents of the districts. Also, the region will have to establish work on the training of doctors and the consolidation of young specialists, said Dmitry Demeshin.[1]
