Streams Alexander Valeryevich

Russian businessman, president of Osnova group, head of the Council of "National Consolidation of Producers of Construction Materials, Products and Constructions" association.

Alexander Ruchyev was born in 1973 in the city of Severodvinsk of the Arkhangelsk region. In 1997 graduated from faculty of aero physics and space researches of the Moscow physics and technology state university.

In 1994 Ruchyev organized and headed Moreton group, in 2013 was elected the chairman of Society of mutual insurance of builders, and in a year became the deputy head of Public council at the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.

In September, 2016 together with other shareholders sold all shares of Moreton group to Sergey Gordeev. By the time of the transaction Moreton was the largest Russian development company on volumes of construction and input of housing in operation with annual revenues of 60 billion rubles. In a month became one of founders and the chairman of the board of directors of Osnova group – the financial and industrial holding created by the former shareholders Moreton. In December of the same year Alexander Ruchyev was appointed the chairman of new technical committee of Rosstandart – shopping mall 144 "Construction materials, products and constructions".

In April, 2017 Ruchyev headed council of "National Consolidation of Producers of Construction Materials, Products and Constructions" association (NOPSM).

Enters ten the most professional and influential heads of the Russian construction sector according to the rating of "Top-1000 of the Russian managers".

He is married, the father of three children.
