Biography

Victor Strelkov was born in Moscow in 1968. In 1991 graduated from the Moscow aviation institute of the Order of Lenin of Sergo Ordzhonikidze in Applied mathematics.

From 1995 to 2006 worked at different positions in the Russian division of HP Russia company.

In 2006 became the CEO of consulting company "Intelotek Group".

From 2007 to 2009 worked in Sitronics concern where consistently held positions of the director of the department of marketing, and then the chief architect of the direction of telecommunication solutions.

From 2009 to 2012 directed department of information technologies of JSC Rostelecom.

Since 2013 was also engaged IT konsaltinom.

From September, 2015 to 2016 was the vice president for system integration and software engineering of Technoserv group. Strategic development and the management of the block of the divisions of the Technoserv group which are engaged in implementation of complex projects in the field of system integration enters duties of Victor Strelkov. In particular – development of specialized software, design and creation of the hi-tech systems, development and deployment of industry solutions.

Also Mr. Strelkov supervises activity of the divisions and companies of the Technoserv group working in the field of software engineering. Management of custom development, the strategy of development for software products and portfolio construction of solutions of the Technoserv group falls within the scope of its responsibility.
