Biography

Graduate of National Research Nuclear University of MEPhI.

Work in TNK-BP

From June, 2000 to October, 2012 worked in TNK-BP company where held positions of the Head of Department of infrastructure and support of IT and also the deputy vice president for IT. Richard Ames, and in 2011-2012 - Martin Piletski was Anton Strokovich's head till 2011.

Work in Rosneft

On October 22, 2012 Anton Strokovich passed to work into Rosneft where took a position of the head of IT department. Earlier Sergey Podgornov worked at this position.

During Strokovich's appointment Rosneft and TNK-BP were in process of merge: Rosneft became 100% the owner of TNK-BP.

Anton Strokovich described the activity in Rosneft so^[1]:

The general logic of our changes consists in being capable to keep active development and operational efficiency of business of Rosneft. In modern conditions of business information is one of key assets. Therefore the main objective of service IT — to provide reliable, timely and informative data

For achievement of this purpose in IT service three main directions were selected.

The first of them was responsible for basic IT services (to which IT infrastructure and telecommunications belongs). Its task was to provide business continuity of the company and efficiency of communications. In other words, Wednesday and transmission media of information.

The purpose of the second direction was creation of a common information space of the company. It was talked of ERP system creation, of end-to-end obtaining uniform, reliable and timely information from production and finishing it to all levels of management of the company.

The third direction – production automation, metrology and quality control. Its task — to organize data acquisition from production level, to provide the accuracy of measurements and independent quality control of a hydrocarbonic raw material and finished goods.

Dismissal from "Rosneft

On May 25, 2015 the chairman of the board "Igor Sechin carried out by Rosneft a number of appointments "for increase in efficiency of a management structure of the company". Service of information technologies instead of Anton Strokovich Valery Nikitin headed^[2].

Anton Strokovich left Rosneft, TAdviser specified a source in the company.

The made management decisions in the HR policy are made for the purpose of increase in requirements to management of the company on gain of their responsibility, efficiency and professionalism", - it was said in the statement of Rosneft

Igor Sechin added:

Taking into account scales of development of the company we constantly aim at improvement of a management system for the purpose of increase in production efficiency, transparency and openness of activity of the company, obtaining the maximum profitability for shareholders of JSC Rosneft

Sources of TAdviser in IT service of the oil company at the time of appointment were knows nothing of Valery Nikitinom not. Apparently its appointment was kept the most strict secret from employees. On May 22, 2015 the Kommersant newspaper with reference to the sources predicted that Strokovich will be replaced by other person - Dmitry Bashunov (the employee of Independent oil and natural gas company)^[3].

Work in Alfa-Bank

In May, 2017 Anton Strokovich got a job in Alfa-Bank where headed directorate of development of banking technologies of the Information technologies block, told TAdviser in bank.

In Alfa-Bank Strokovich works under the leadership of the curator of the IT block Martin Peletski.

Anton Strokovich has a sufficient work experience in Alpha group within TNK-BP company and also there is a big examination in the leadership of IT in function in the large organizations and experience of participation in the international IT projects, - told TAdviser in Alfa-Bank. - The new view of Anton on a banking system will allow to construct effective relationship with business at the level of world best practices and also will provide stability of structure of IT and guarantees the continuity of IT and business strategy

On a question of in what Strokovich was engaged two years after dismissal from Rosneft, in Alfa-Bank could not answer.

Dismissal from Alfa-Bank

In September, 2017 in Alfa-Bank reported to TAdviser that Anton Strokovich left the post to continue to be engaged in the projects. "We are grateful to Anton for his work in bank and its new view on the IT direction", - added in the press service of bank.
