Oleg Sundukov graduated from faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics of MSU.

• Worked as the consultant in the largest western consulting companies — Andersen Consulting and DMR Consulting Group.
• In 2000 passed into Novalumen where in a year became the CEO.
• Worked in OXS company from October, 2002 to August, 2007
• At present holds a position of the vice president for information technologies of Euroset company
• From November, 2009 to September, 2012 - the CEO of IT Energy. According to Oleg Sundukov, for 2009-2010 the company lost several important directions because of insufficient protection of interests of the company in the market in the conditions of reforming. Now work with key clients and the HR policy is in critical condition. Business development of the company is possible due to its competitive advantages – assets on the basis of which unique services, both in terms of technologies, and in terms of business applications and the state application are provided.
• Since September, 2012 Oleg Sundukov is going to work on creation and development of strategic directions in ru-Net holding and to supervise a business activity of the Volta Engineering Group group. Oleg Sundukov also remained in IT Energy as the deputy CEO for business concerns and intends to concentrate efforts on creation of the effective block of sales of the company.
